How it works
From scattered records to clear questions.
Four steps, each one designed so you always know what is real, what is calculated and what is unknown.
In short: Connect HealthVault with a revocable code, let HealthIntelligence read your records in their own language, choose topics, review measured and calculated values and the gaps, then download a report for your clinician.

How do I connect my HealthVault?
In HealthVault, open AI access and choose Connect Health Intelligence. Pick the records to share, a validity of 7, 30 or 90 days, a read budget, and whether record text may be read. Confirm with your second factor and paste the code once into your HealthIntelligence account. The code works only together with HealthIntelligence's own certificate and keys.
How are my records read?
Each record is read in its own language. A value is accepted only when a test name, a number and a known unit appear together. Units are converted with fixed published factors, so 5.0 mmol/L and 90 mg/dL glucose on the same day are recognised as the same result. Values without a unit, impossible values, preliminary results, undated values and records that mention another person are set aside and listed, never silently corrected.
How do I choose what to explore?
Select familiar areas such as heart, diabetes, kidneys or longevity. For each, you see which of the catalogued analyses have their inputs, which inputs are historical, which conflict and which are missing. Clinical risk models remain locked; the coverage view helps you and your clinician decide what is worth collecting.
Which values are calculated?
When every input exists, HealthIntelligence adds routine laboratory calculations with formula, inputs and validity conditions: non-HDL cholesterol, Friedewald LDL (only when triglycerides are at most 4.5 mmol/L and no measured LDL exists), BMI for adults, CKD-EPI 2021 eGFR (needs your birth year and sex for the equation) and ADAG estimated average glucose.
What happens when data is missing?
Missing values are ranked by how many analyses they would complete. If you want, open a simulated preview: ranges among similar people in a synthetic sample, shown only to help you decide whether a measurement is worth it.
What goes into the doctor report?
The doctor report contains your measured values with sources, the calculated values in a separate section, conflicts, missing information and suggested questions. Simulated content is never included. Print it or download it as Markdown.
